From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality by Tolga and Fakriye at the reception. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like I was returning to my own family, creating a comforting and homey atmosphere. A special thanks goes out to the breakfast team, including Azer, Burain, Ayse, and Eda, who provided outstanding service each morning. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring a delightful dining experience did not go unnoticed. I also want to highlight Sezer, whose exceptional service added a special touch to my stay. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that I felt at home and well-cared for. This hotel has truly become my second home, and I have been visiting annually since 2019. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning sea views that enhance the experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impeccable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience at Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Florya has always been exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent service. Likes: The staff were all very helpful and friendly with a good command of English. Our room was spacious though the bathroom a little cramped. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. The bed mattress was firm and comfortable, though the duvet cover was not wide enough! The room was cleaned well each day. The restaurant provided good quality meals. Spacious underground car parking. Dislikes: The external area, below many of the rooms, leading to the swimming pool had loud speakers playing music 24/7! Often it was loud (06.00hrs the first morning!) and impossible to leave our bedroom window ajar at night due to the noise. Since there waa not one person in that area at any time it was hard to understand the necessity of any music whatsoever let alone non stop. The reception staff seemed oblivious to our concerns or the fact that music was being played! The gym area had a rule that we should wear trainers in that area. We explained practising yoga or pilates does not require trainers! The problem was resolved with a compromise that we practised our exercises in an adjacent room to the gym. The unpleasant episode could have been avoided however with some common sense and greater understanding.

A clean hotel with friendly staff who helped sterilize baby bottles daily. The breakfast selection is good, and the indoor pool is spacious and well-maintained. Convenient location for taxis, easily available at the nearby mall with meters used.

Our stay came at the end of a whistle stop tour of Turkey. We were seeking some luxery and relaxtion and we were not disppointed. Our suite was immaculate and very well equipped; with pool access. Staff throughout were courteous and efficient. Breakfast was indeed a feast!
